Juror Kris Schaedig (krisschaedig.com) earned her BFA from Wayne State University and her MFA from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. She started teaching classes at Paint Creek Center for the Arts nearly a decade ago, and continues to teach painting and drawing there. Schaedig is a working artist, and has exhibited locally, nationally and internationally. She is involved with a Chicago based collective, MotherArt:Revisited (motherartrevisited.com) in addition to her solo work.
